Job Description :-

We are looking for a Real Estate Marketing Manager with a background in real estate marketing to work for a real estate development company in Riyadh.

Job Duties:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy for real estate projects.

- Prepare marketing plans and advertising campaigns for projects.

- Study the market and competitors and identify sales opportunities.

- Develop lead generation channels.

- Coordinate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure integrated efforts.

- Build and develop a network of real estate brokers, marketers, and partners.

- Monitor performance indicators, analyze marketing results, and take corrective actions.

Requirements :-

- Saudi National.

- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sector marketing.

- Good knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market and real estate development and marketing companies.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
