Job description

• Take full responsibility for the overall project schedule management, establishing project schedule control systems and management policies.
• Organize and compile the project master control schedule, design schedule, procurement schedule, construction schedule, professional subcontracting schedule, and commissioning/handover schedule.
• Coordinate design deliverables, long-lead equipment procurement, themed packaging detailing, factory prefabrication, on-site construction, and the commissioning and trial operation of ride and amusement equipment.
• Organize critical path analysis, milestone control, resource load analysis, and schedule risk identification; formulate schedule recovery and catch-up plans.
• Regularly organize project scheduling coordination meetings, track the schedule completion of various departments and subcontractors, analyze deviations between actual progress and the baseline schedule.
• Establish progress reporting, early warning, assessment, and claim/extension mechanisms; report key milestones, delay risks, and resource requirements to the project management team.
• Coordinate with the client, design units, procurement departments, construction teams, and suppliers to drive the project to be completed according to the contract schedule.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related majors.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale engineering project planning management, with at least 3 years of experience leading a planning management team.
• Experience in large-scale cultural tourism projects, complexes, airports, stadiums, or other complex large-scale engineering projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Primavara P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel; capable of independently compiling and analyzing comprehensive schedules.
• Familiar with critical path method, schedule baseline, resource planning, schedule reporting, and delay analysis.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary concurrent construction, design-procurement-construction coordination, and subcontract schedule control.
• English can be used as a working language; able to host English planning meetings, compile progress reports in English, and conduct delay analysis reporting.
