Job description

• Responsible for the structural professional design management of cultural tourism projects, reviewing structural schemes, calculation books, construction drawings, and design changes.
• Coordinate related design work for concrete structures, steel structures, special rockery structures, equipment foundations, themed structures, and artificial rockeries.
• Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural modeling, themed packaging, amusement rides, performance facilities, MEP equipment load requirements, embedded parts, and anchoring nodes.
• Review the safety, rationality, constructability, and economy of structural design; organize structural professional technical reviews and design optimizations.
• Participate in on-site technical clarifications; handle structural issues, design changes, and technical verification during construction.
• Coordinate with design units, equipment suppliers, and construction teams to ensure structural design meets project specifications and contract requirements.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related majors.
• 8+ years of experience in structural design or structural design management. Experience in large-scale public buildings, steel structures, complex modeling structures, or cultural tourism projects is preferred.
• Familiar with concrete and steel structure design, structural calculations, equipment foundations, embedded parts, and connection node design.
• Familiar with relevant structural codes, drawing reviews, design changes, and on-site technical management processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and related structural calculation software.
• English proficiency sufficient for structural technical reviews, design coordination, and on-site issue communication.
