About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share for the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings, including rate negotiation and contract preparation in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to support business growth through creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
• Provide visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of sales activity and delivering timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and customer satisfaction.
