Regularly visit end users, industrial customers, contractors and project sites to identify and develop business opportunities.
Develop and grow the existing customer base through structured account management, planned visits and consistent follow-ups to generate repeat business and additional revenue.
Identify and acquire new customers, projects and corporate accounts to expand market coverage.
Build, maintain and actively manage a clear sales funnel from prospecting and enquiry generation through quotation, negotiation, order conversion and collection.
Generate qualified enquiries and systematically follow up to maximise sales conversions.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales, business development and collection targets.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection follow-ups.
Develop business opportunities through approved partners and monitor their enquiries, quotations and orders.
Build strong customer relationships and understand technical and commercial requirements.
Monitor competitor activities, upcoming projects and market developments.
Maintain accurate and timely reports on customer visits, sales pipeline, enquiries, quotations, orders and collections.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, order processing and timely deliveries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, industrial or project-based sales.
Experience in industrial consumables, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants or related products preferred.
Proven ability to develop existing accounts, acquire new customers and generate consistent sales revenue.
Strong understanding of sales funnel management, customer follow-up discipline and lead-to-order conversion.
Good negotiation, business development, customer relationship and reporting skills.
Ability to independently plan customer visits, manage sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Familiarity with the Eastern Province industrial market is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving licence is mandatory.
