Fit Staff Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a new female-focused Pilates & Wellness Boutique in Al Khobar offering expert instruction personalised care and a welcoming community.

Were looking for an experienced Female Pilates Instructor to join the founding team and help shape the studio experience from day one. If you love helping clients move with confidence build strength and feel their best this is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a premium wellness brand.

Your Role:

Youll deliver engaging Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions for clients ranging from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Through thoughtful programming clear instruction and individual attention youll help every client feel supported challenged and welcome.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates through group classes small-group sessions and private training.

- Planning safe effective sessions with modifications and progressions suited to each clients ability.

- Providing clear cueing technique corrections and guidance on safe equipment use.

- Conducting basic movement and posture assessments to inform personalised programmes.

- Helping clients improve core strength mobility flexibility and posture.

- Building lasting client relationships through a warm professional approach.

- Maintaining a clean organised and welcoming studio environment.

- Supporting the studio launch community activities and future class programming.

Who Were Looking For:

A knowledgeable personable instructor who combines strong teaching skills with a genuine commitment to client wellbeing.

- Certified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates through an internationally recognised provider such as BASI STOTT Pilates Balanced Body Polestar APPI or equivalent.

- 23 years of Pilates teaching experience preferred with strong practical experience in both disciplines.

- Confident teaching beginner intermediate and advanced clients.

- Sound understanding of movement mechanics posture and safe exercise technique.

- Professional spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Additional qualifications in Pre/Postnatal Pilates Functional Movement Rehabilitation Anatomy or Biomechanics are advantageous.

- Enthusiastic about contributing to a new studio and creating a supportive community.

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly salary: SAR depending on qualifications and experience.

- Additional accommodation allowance: SAR 1500 per month.

- Total fixed monthly package: SAR .
