Job Summary
Hiring: Civil Foreman
Location: Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Civil Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Civil Foremen to join a prestigious high-rise tower construction project in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising civil construction activities leading site teams and ensuring work is executed safely efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.
- Lead and coordinate civil crews subcontractors and labor teams.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor workforce productivity and optimize daily site activities.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers QA/QC Engineers Surveyors and Safety Officers.
- Arrange inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant approval.
- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials tools and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship quality and safety throughout project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the Civil Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with company policies project procedures and HSE regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.
- Additional technical certifications will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.
- Experience with main contractors on large commercial or residential developments.
- Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
