About the Role

Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al-Namlah Contracting Establishment is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Yanbu, Madinah. This full-time role focuses on managing daily financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenue, and recording financial entries to ensure accurate records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize disbursement documents and follow up on their audit and approval by regulatory authorities.
• Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and periodic analysis.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in designated ledgers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations along with monthly matching statements.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Prepare financial position statements and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing final annual accounts.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues and store them in the database.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
• Ability to audit financial claims and ensure their legal and financial conditions are complete.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in Yanbu, Madinah, and offers an opportunity to work within a professional team in the contracting sector. The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
