About the Role
Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves providing customer service and managing client service needs to ensure an efficient service experience.
Role Overview
The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service, coordinating between clients and technicians. This position focuses on clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and assessing their service requirements.
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain services, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Providing recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
- Assisting in managing the service department's workflow and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on direct customer interaction within a service department setting.
