About the Role

ADROYTS is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on specialized recruitment and talent acquisition, managing end-to-end processes for professional and managerial positions.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified professionals across various functions. The position requires strong headhunting capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding coordination.
• Source and recruit qualified professionals for specialized, technical, and managerial roles across different business functions.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, direct search, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Conduct talent market research and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Contribute to improving recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in specialized recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified professionals for specialized, professional, and managerial positions.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong headhunting capabilities.
• Solid market knowledge.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on specialized talent acquisition.
