With a presence across the GCC and an expanding international footprint, Al Zain combines artisanal expertise with a distinctive design identity. The company is preparing to open a new boutique in Jeddah, Makkah, and is seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time position to represent its values and build client relationships.

Role Overview

The Client Advisor will act as an ambassador for Al Zain, providing a personalized experience throughout the client journey. This role involves understanding client needs, demonstrating appreciation for fine jewellery, and delivering service to build trust and loyalty. The Client Advisor will contribute to commercial performance and ensure that all interactions and presentations align with Al Zain's standards and identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, attentive, and personalized service consistent with a luxury jewellery environment.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through engagement, clienteling, and follow-up.
• Develop and communicate knowledge of Al Zain's collections, materials, craftsmanship, and heritage.
• Identify client needs, develop sales opportunities, and contribute to individual and boutique performance.
• Uphold the House’s image, service standards, and values in all client interactions.
• Maintain product presentation, accurate client records, and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless experience and support the Jeddah boutique's establishment.

Candidate Profile

Al Zain is seeking a polished, commercially minded professional who combines an appreciation for fine jewellery with relationship-building and service delivery skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or premium fashion retail, preferably with an internationally recognized luxury brand.
• A strong track record in client relationship management, clienteling, and sales performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, discretion, and an intuitive understanding of client expectations.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and craftsmanship in a compelling and authentic manner.
• A refined professional presence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-standard, performance-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work according to boutique operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
