Responsibilities:

1. Design and analyze mechanical systems using engineering design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to ensure the highest quality standards.
2. Conduct performance tests and technical analysis of mechanical devices to ensure their efficiency and reliability in operation.
3. Provide technical support and consultation to other teams, including production and maintenance, to improve operational processes and increase productivity.
4. Conduct engineering feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions and ensure their compliance with client requirements.
5. Develop project documentation and technical reports to ensure accurate documentation of all phases and results.
6. Participate in strategic planning meetings to define objectives and future directions for engineering projects.
7. Train and mentor new employees in the field of mechanical engineering to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge and skills.
8. Collaborate with multiple specialized teams to achieve shared objectives and meet client expectations.
