• Specialized experience in electrical distribution networks (LV / MV up to 33kV) with comprehensive knowledge of network architecture, components, and operational behavior. • Deep understanding of distribution network behavior during faults and outages, and its relation to design, protection, operation, and maintenance factors. • Strong capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) at the level of the entire distribution network, not just at the asset or individual event level. • Practical experience in analyzing recurring unplanned outages, identifying repetition patterns and common causes. • Ability to distinguish between symptoms and the true root cause of faults, and translate analysis results into actionable technical recommendations. • Provide expert technical opinions that support operational decision making and help prioritize maintenance at the network level. • Familiarity with different RCA methodologies and the ability to select the most suitable approach based on the nature and complexity of the fault. • Experience in building and working with operational systems and fault/outage data systems related to distribution networks. • Ability to analyze operational data, validate its quality, and identify inconsistencies or gaps that may impact analysis outcomes. • Connect system extracted data with field reality and technical analysis of network behavior. • Proficiency in preparing analytical outputs and data driven technical reports that support executive management requirements. • Serve as a Technical Reference to support field teams during recurring fault events. • Contribute to unifying and developing the RCA methodology across regions and the head office. • Monitor the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions and measure their impact on reducing fault recurrence and improving distribution network reliability.

• Bachelor / Master of Engineering in Electrical / Power. • Hands on experience with electricity distribution networks. • Worked on different types of distribution systems (e.g., LV, MV, substations). • Should have involved in fault detection and outage management. • Expert in conducting a Root Cause Analysis for a network failure. • Various RCA tools or methods expertise. (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) • Worked with SCADA, OMS, or similar distribution management systems.
