Qualifications

• Experienced in a construction supervisory role on large-scale mining infrastructure or heavy industrial projects

• Previous experience as an Authorised Person/SAP (e.g. electrical mechanical HV/LV systems process systems)

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-risk fast-paced environment

• Deep understanding of construction methodologies safe work systems and commissioning interface

• Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills

• Strong reporting and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across assigned project area

• Ensure construction and mining works are executed in line with safety standards design specifications and project schedule

• Manage subcontractors trades and internal crews to maintain productivity and quality

• Monitor progress against construction program and implement corrective actions as required

• Lead and participate in daily pre-starts toolbox talks and safety briefings

• Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements

• Collaborate with engineers planners and project managers to resolve site issues

• Maintain daily site records reporting progress incidents delays and resource usage

• Support commissioning and handover processes within your area of responsibility

• Drive a positive site culture through effective leadership and communication
