Key Responsibilities

1. Recommends periodic monitoring, measurement, and evaluation activities to monitor Saudization and local content rates.
2. Recommends activities related to working with relevant entities to establish a regulatory mechanism for monitoring projects that are required to meet specific Saudization and local content rates, and activating mechanisms to verify compliance and impose penalties when necessary.
3. Recommends activities related to working with the Government Procurement Authority to review the required Saudization rates and update the mandatory lists, with the aim of increasing the local content share of expenditure.
4. Provides advice on activities related to continuously compiling lists of all products, services, and jobs of companies and projects, and updating the relevant Saudization and local content targets.
5. Contributes to activities for monitoring and evaluating existing programs aimed at increasing local content in sectors that influence the sector, in order to provide the necessary support and enablers for the success and continuity of these programs.
6. Provides advice regarding periodic review tasks aimed at improving targets and aligning efforts related to local content development.
7. Complies with work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
8. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
