YOUR ROLE
- Monitor, analyze, and control project costs, budgets, and financial performance across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations functions, preferably in automotive industry or industrial products.
- Lead project controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze cost drivers, variances, financial risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support project managers and leadership teams with financial planning and decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and client-facing analyses.
- Drive transparency regarding resource utilization, project margins, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost optimization measures and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Contribute to transformation and performance improvement programs in international environments.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cost Controlling, Cost Engineering, Product Costing, Manufacturing Controlling, Procurement, or Automotive Consulting
- Experience within consulting, automotive, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel if required by client engagements.
