Senior Procurement Specialist

At Petrogen, we are building a procurement unit to serve the group's companies, and we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead it from the ground up. Reporting to the CEO, working from the head office in Riyadh, and overseeing the field purchasing team.

Tasks:

• Consolidate the requirements of departments and stations and prepare the procurement plan

• Request quotes, compare them, and negotiate with suppliers

• Issue purchase orders on Odoo and follow up until delivery

• Build a database of suppliers and prices

• Inventory supplier and contractor contracts, labor supply, and follow up on their renewals

• Evaluate supplier performance quarterly

• Supervise purchasing representatives

• Participate in the preparation of procurement policy and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, including 2 years in negotiation and supplier contract management

• High negotiation skills and the ability to technically and financially compare offers

• Proficiency in Excel

Preferred:

• Experience in gas stations, retail, or multi-branch facilities

• Experience in construction procurement, including building materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Experience in labor and service supply contracts

• Use of Odoo or a similar ERP system

• CIPS or CPSM certification
