Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager with a proven track record in industrial safety services.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business development, sales, marketing, and operational management within companies providing industrial safety solutions, rescue services, confined space safety, and specialized safety equipment rental.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts with major industrial clients, petrochemical companies, refineries, and oil & gas facilities.
• Lead business development, sales, marketing, and operational activities.
• Manage and expand client relationships, strategic partnerships, and long-term service agreements.
• Oversee the operational delivery of industrial rescue services, confined space entry support, and safety equipment rental.
• Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and service contracts.
• Improve operational efficiency, service quality, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial safety services, including significant experience in business development and operations management.
• Previous experience with companies such as Total Safety, Rawabi, Fajr, or other similar industrial safety service providers is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial rescue operations, confined space entry and rescue, gas detection systems, breathing apparatus, safety monitoring cameras, and specialized safety equipment rental.
• Proven ability to develop new markets, acquire industrial clients, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Hands-on experience managing industrial safety service operations, manpower, equipment, and project execution.
• Established professional relationships within Saudi Arabia’s oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors are a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
