About the Role
Tifli Al-Najeeb Private Kindergarten announces a vacancy for a Kindergarten Manager in Makkah. This full-time role aims to plan, direct, and coordinate the strategy and activities of the childcare center, while overseeing staff and children in various care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall strategy for the childcare center and oversee market identification and target user activities, in addition to developing appropriate business plans.
- Manage daily operations, including recreational and educational activities, meal preparation, and routine cleaning work.
- Develop and coordinate programs aimed at improving children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Select and train staff, supervise them, and monitor their performance and behavior in line with set objectives.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safe operation of facilities and equipment, maintain them in good condition, and oversee periodic maintenance and necessary repairs.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations, and oversee their implementation.
Supervision and Coordination
The Kindergarten Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of childcare staff, as well as children in morning (pre-school), evening (after-school), vacation, and daycare programs. The role also includes supervising the planning, preparation, and implementation of educational curricula to ensure the quality of education provided.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a field related to managing childcare centers or kindergartens.
- Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate educational and administrative activities.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Work Environment
This is a full-time job available in the city of Makkah. The salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
