Job description

• Installation and setup of specialized lighting systems and units for events and exhibitions.
• Operation of lighting units and control of effects and lighting preparations.
• Programming lighting scenes and executing effects based on event requirements.
• Preparation and connection of cables, control units, and power sources related to lighting.
• Adjusting lighting angles, intensity, and colors to suit the nature of the event.
• Reading and executing lighting distribution plots and technical specifications.
• Coordination with sound, video, and production teams to ensure equipment integration.
• Conducting inspections and routine maintenance of lighting equipment and troubleshooting faults.
• Supervising the operation of lighting equipment and storing it after events.
• Adhering to safety procedures during installation and operation.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in event lighting or technical production.
• Strong knowledge of professional lighting types and techniques.
• Familiarity with lighting control systems such as DMX and lighting programming software.
• Ability to read lighting and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical fundamentals and safety procedures.
• Ability to handle technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site according to event schedules.
