AWS is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead transformative deals and redefine how KSA public sector segments innovates with cloud and Agentic AI. As Senior Account Manager, you will manage and grow strategic public sector accounts within KSA. You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how AWS partners with leaders to reshape the industry. You will report to the KSA Leadership and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA with travel required to key customer sites.

Key job responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships with strategic public sector accounts. Foster partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partner Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
• Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.
• Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Represent AWS at industry events and evangelize our innovation across KSA public sector segments
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; fluent in Arabic and English
• Public Sector account management experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
• SaaS/Cloud sales experience.
