Barns is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational strategy across its branches. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the execution of the operational strategy across all Barns branches. This role ensures that operational targets and standards are consistently met in areas such as service delivery, quality control, efficiency, and overall customer experience. The manager will lead regional teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain effective and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational plans and strategies as approved by senior management.
• Lead and guide Operations Teams to achieve established performance targets.
• Monitor operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and report findings to management.
• Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, Training, and Expansion departments to ensure integrated execution of strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational policies and procedures across all branches.
• Lead new branch openings and ensure full operational readiness.
• Support capability-building and leadership development programs for field teams.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Represent the Operations function in meetings and during periodic reporting cycles.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational performance.
• Experience in implementing operational strategies and achieving targets.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple branches within the region.
