About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded technology leader to act as a trusted business partner for hotels across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will work closely with hotel owners, general managers, hotel technology teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to support hotel openings, conversions, technology adoption, operational readiness, and ongoing technology performance.
You will help ensure hotels have the right technology foundations in place to deliver great guest experiences, operate efficiently, meet brand and security standards, and successfully adopt global hotel technology solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with hotel owners, general managers, hotel technology teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to support hotel openings, conversions, technology adoption, operational readiness, and ongoing technology performance.
You will help ensure hotels have the right technology foundations in place to deliver great guest experiences, operate efficiently, meet brand and security standards, and successfully adopt global hotel technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology delivery for new hotel openings, conversions, and major hotel change projects, ensuring technology readiness is achieved on time, within agreed scope, and aligned to brand standards.
- Act as a trusted technology business partner to hotel owners, general managers, hotel leadership teams, and hotel-based technology colleagues.
- Support hotels in maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant technology environments, including infrastructure, networks, business systems, and guest-facing technology.
- Provide escalation support for hotel technology issues where regional or corporate assistance is required, helping drive timely resolution and practical solutions.
- Support the introduction, adoption, and transition of global hotel technology products and platforms into operating hotels.
- Manage hotel technology lifecycle refresh and capital investment projects, ensuring solutions remain current, supportable, secure, and aligned to operational requirements.
- Partner with vendors, internal teams, and hotel stakeholders to improve service quality, delivery performance, and technology outcomes.
- Capture feedback from hotels and regional technology leaders to help shape future product improvements, service enhancements, and deployment approaches.
- Provide escalation support, where applicable, for office technology equipment and services that support regional business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
- Experience in hotel opening and conversion projects.
- Experience managing a team of remote workers.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel technology operations knowledge.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive practical experience within a large enterprise in a similar capacity.
