This position involves validating supplier invoices and processing supplier payments accurately and on time, adhering to contractual terms, delegation of authority, and company policies. The specialist will also provide critical cost and savings reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier invoice validation and payment processing.
Monitor procurement costs and control budgets effectively.
Conduct supplier reconciliation and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Prepare reports, ensure compliance, and provide support during audits.
