Job Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious legal professional to join our legal team. In this role, you will contribute to providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies, and protecting the interests of the organization in all its dealings. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda to ensure their compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Providing legal advice to internal departments regarding regulatory and operational matters.
• Monitoring legislative updates and legal regulations and providing advice on their impact on workflow.
• Representing the entity in official dealings and coordinating with government agencies and relevant external parties.
• Conducting necessary legal research to support administrative decision-making.
• Assisting in handling legal disputes and contributing to finding appropriate amicable or judicial solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Regulations from an accredited university.
• In-depth familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law, Companies Law, and relevant commercial regulations.
• Ability to analyze legal texts and apply them effectively to practical cases.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and office computer software.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and handle work pressures.
