We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to manage and develop internal communication channels and create engaging visual, audio, and written content. The role requires strong skills in producing newsletters, circulars, and news in clear and compelling language, along with video production and editing expertise. The specialist will also propose initiatives that build loyalty, strengthen communication, and support retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual, audio, and written internal communication content.
• Prepare newsletters, circulars, and news updates.
• Design and analyze employee satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare presentations for internal communication initiatives.
• Produce and launch educational and training videos on products, services, systems, and procedures.
• Cover company events, produce videos of them, and share them on internal and external channels.
• Develop and present internal communication initiatives that build loyalty, strengthen communication, and support retention.
• Develop internal communication methods that support the company’s objectives.
• Collect information and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
• Prepare specialized reports on internal communication.
• Monitor internal communication channels to ensure a smooth and reliable flow of information across departments.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to internal communication.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in internal communication or public relations.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Ability to manage media projects and internal initiatives.
• Proficiency in internal communication platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in design, photography, and video editing software.
