We are looking for a Sales and Subscriptions Specialist

Are you good at understanding customer needs and turning their interest into a purchasing decision? We are looking for an exceptional sales specialist who will contribute to the growth of our digital service revenues and build lasting relationships with customers.

Your tasks with us:

• Communicating with registered and interested customers, and assisting them in choosing and completing the appropriate subscription.
• Reconnecting with former customers, understanding the reasons for non-renewal, and providing solutions that encourage them to return.
• Following up on subscription renewals and enhancing customer retention.
• Identifying the needs of existing customers and suggesting additional services that suit them.
• Organizing follow-ups and documenting communication results and sales opportunities.
• Achieving clear targets for sales, renewals, and revenue.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Practical experience in sales, preferably in digital services or subscriptions.
• Skill in communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales.
• The ability to understand customer objections and deal with them professionally.
• Organization and persistence in following up and managing sales opportunities.
• Focus on results, and the ability to explain past achievements with numbers.
