Job Purpose

Contribute to various processes related to the development, review, alignment, evaluation, and approval of printed educational content, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, quality control procedures, and established timelines. Manage technical teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the quality and compliance of textbooks with established standards and required quality criteria.
2. Monitor and follow up on textbook review processes.
3. Develop product testing plans and methodologies to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Maintain and archive all textbook-related documents and records.
5. Receive, review, and analyze feedback and comments on textbooks.
6. Provide effective support and solutions to facilitate timely delivery in accordance with required quality standards.
7. Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance product quality.
8. Identify product issues and errors, analyze their root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
9. Prepare technical and periodic reports on work progress, achievements, issues, and challenges.
10. Provide support to technical and administrative teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software.
• Ability to summarize information, prioritize tasks, review, proofread, and verify compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
