Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in the drilling and work over industry, then you are the one we are looking for.

Our client is a leading Saudi-based Aramco contractor executing drilling and workover projects across Saudi Arabia. The Quality Manager will establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with contractual, client, and applicable industry requirements.

Technical Expertise Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable contractual requirements.
• Manage internal, external, and client audits and follow up on audit action plans.
• Manage non conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Verify quality documentation for rig equipment, inspection, maintenance, and certification.
• Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Maintenance, Procurement, and HR departments.
• Monitor supplier quality, document control, and compliance records.
• Prepare quality KPIs, trend reports, and management review inputs.
• Lead or facilitate investigations when assigned and appropriately trained.

Must Have

• Degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
  
• IWCF/IADC certification is not normally mandatory for a dedicated Quality Manager unless required by the client or combined responsibilities
  
• TAPROOT certification/training preferred or mandatory if assigned to conduct investigations using the TAPROOT methodology.

Nice to have

• Oil and gas quality management experience, preferably in drilling/workover operations.
  
• Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and applicable client quality requirements is an advantage, depending on company scope.
• Saudi Aramco experience is preferred
