About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing account of an animal welfare center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the team, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and quarterly marketing plans.
• Oversee strategy execution and monitor progress.
• Manage client relationships and attend regular performance review meetings.
• Review and approve all marketing content and reports before submission.
• Monitor team performance, deadlines, and project scope.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Experience working with government, semi-government, or large corporate clients.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the non-profit or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sector.
• Familiarity with large-client procurement and contract procedures.

General Conditions

• Work location: Dammam, Eastern Province.
• Only Saudi National.
• Ability to travel to the center and attend events when required.
