Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Technical & Non IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

Fresh graduates with an interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer management and onboarding activities.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic communication skills are preferred.
