Role Overview

The Tamheer Opportunity - Human Resources Specialist is an ideal opportunity for Saudi graduates wishing to gain practical experience in the human resources sector within a professional work environment. As a member of our team in Riyadh, you will work on-site (ONSITE) within a stimulating and supportive environment that allows you to learn practical skills.

Basic Admission Requirements

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
• Registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) website.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi university or an accredited foreign university.
• Previous experience in the public or private sector must not exceed one calendar year or be a recent graduate.
• Age must not exceed 30 calendar years.
• Must not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
• Must not be on the Fund's blacklist.
• Must not have benefited from Tamheer for more than two opportunities totaling 6 months.
• Must not have been excluded from the Tamheer program.
