About the Role

Al-Rowad Al-Arab Fuel Company is looking for a Switchboard Operator to join its team in Riyadh. The person in this role is responsible for overseeing the operation of telephone switchboards, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and recording and relaying messages. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and is a full-time position.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of telephone switchboards, communication switchboards, and consoles to ensure calls are efficiently connected, held, transferred, and disconnected.
• Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide necessary information, and transfer calls to the relevant departments.
• Receive messages directed to employees or customers and relay them as needed.
• Monitor the status of equipment, phones, and switchboards, and ensure that any malfunctions are reported immediately to ensure they are repaired as quickly as possible.
• Ensure full compliance with procedural manuals, policies, and work-regulating procedures.
• Submit technical reports to management regarding work progress and clarify any difficulties or challenges that may hinder it.
• Receive customer complaints and work to resolve them in coordination with other departments, and record them in the systems provided by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of practical experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate telephone switchboards and communication switchboards.
• Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with callers.
• Ability to organize tasks and set priorities effectively.

Work Environment

The workplace is located in Riyadh, and the job requires full-time commitment within the Al-Rowad Al-Arab Fuel Company team.
