Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial plans and budget for Marketing function and monitor actual expenditure against the approved budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs and revenue and unsatisfactory performance areas are identified and rectified promptly.
• Formulate branding and marketing strategies with communication plans for JADEER and its projects.
• Lead the process of selection and recommendation of media consultants, agencies and service providers who are needed for implementation of Marketing plans
• Coordinate with relevant functions to utilize communication mechanisms and tools in aspects of the brand identity associated with corporate identity in communications, applications, and advertisements to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved, and the right messages are disseminated.
• Oversee all aspects of creative development of graphic design, illustrations and conceptualization of JADEER publications and presentations to ensure compatibility and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market research on key marketing concepts, campaigns, and messaging statements.
• Manage publication activities by developing content, material to be printed and other promotional items.
• Manage all the digital media channels including JADEER website, social media, SEO and other media software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National (male or female is acceptable)
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field (with master’s degree is a plus)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate, at least 4 years in a team management role
• Proficient in English Language and advance or native in Arabic
• Strong understanding of the marketing strategy, proficient in marketing tools, AI tools and social media.
• Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage (e.g., Certified Business Manager, etc.)

Skills

Should have at least 5 to 10 years of real estate experience
