• Supervision of employees and trainers, along with task distribution.
• Monitoring client participation and renewals of memberships.
• Development of marketing strategies to increase participant numbers.
• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversight of equipment maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
• Preparation of operational and financial reports and performance monitoring.
• Management of expenses and verification of expenditures.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sports Management or related field.
• Experience of at least two years in managing sports centers or facilities.
• Experience in team management, events, and participation.
• Leadership and management skills with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in using computer software and report preparation.
