Job description

• Establish and manage the Real Estate Auction Department, developing operational and strategic plans.
• Organize and oversee both physical and electronic auctions, ensuring all phases of execution are monitored.
• Monitor auction requirements and ensure compliance with the regulations set by the General Authority for Real Estate.
• Supervise the registration and facilitation processes at the execution center.
• Attract real estate auction opportunities from owners, companies, and investors.
• Build and develop relationships with banks, appraisers, law firms, and relevant entities.
• Prepare and coordinate auction files in collaboration with real estate owners and specialized entities.
• Oversee marketing campaigns for auctions and attract buyers and bidders.
• Manage relationships and coordination with electronic auction platforms and service providers.
• Monitor auction procedures and ensure compliance with systematic procedures for sales.
• Prepare periodic reports related to performance, revenues, and investment opportunities.
• Develop income sources and new business opportunities while achieving the department's commercial objectives.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector, with direct experience in managing and operating auctions.
• Previous experience in managing real estate auctions, particularly those related to the execution center.
• Good knowledge of the regulations of the General Authority for Real Estate and auction requirements.
• Experience in establishing operational departments and managing them effectively.
• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to develop business and manage relationships.
• Ability to prepare operational plans, reports, and analyze performance indicators.
• Preferred to have a network of professional relationships with real estate owners, investors, banks, and relevant entities.
