About the Role

Guthmi Group is seeking a dedicated Accountant (Saudi) to join their team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are looking to contribute to financial operations and maintain accurate records within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and review all expense invoices and vouchers.
• Verify expense invoices and vouchers to ensure their validity and consistency with purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Classify and categorize expenses according to their type, nature, and cost center.
• Prepare regular periodic reports on expense movements and conduct relevant analyses.
• Record monthly accrued expenses, reconcile them, and perform account reconciliations for accruals.
• Record fixed assets in the asset management software and ledger books, and perform reconciliations between asset records and the general ledger.
• Record advances in the books and reconcile them with ZenHR.
• Record prepaid expenses and amortize/distribute them over their actual active periods.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial field. This role is suitable for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their accounting career.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah Region, with primary work locations in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
