Job Overview

The Saudi Binladin Group is seeking an Accountant to join their team in the Eastern Province, Dammam. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and organizing financial documents, tracking revenue, and preparing necessary accounting reports. This is a full-time opportunity requiring 0 to 1 year of experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and document disbursement vouchers, and follow up on their audit and approval by authorized regulatory bodies.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing annual final accounts.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in the ledgers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly reconciliation statements.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in this field.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting and save them in the designated database.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Ability to prepare and organize disbursement vouchers and follow up on revenue collection.
• Good knowledge of preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
• Ability to audit bank accounts and prepare reconciliations.

Location and Employment Type

This full-time position is available in Dammam, Eastern Province. The successful candidate will work within the accounting team to support the Group's financial operations.
