Role Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager you willbe responsible forgrowing and managing a portfolio of remittance agents across Saudi Arabia. You will focus on developing existing relationshipsacquiringnew partners and driving commercial performance across your territory. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will help deliver business growth while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

This is ahybrid role based in Riyadh (minimum 3 days in the office).

In this role you will:

• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with existing and prospective remittance agents across Saudi Arabia.

• Identifyand onboard new agent partners to expandWesternUnions market presence.

• Drive agent performance through sales initiatives promotional campaigns pricing programs and product adoption strategies.

• Support revenue growth byidentifyingnew business opportunities within the remittance and payments ecosystem.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing Operations Compliance Product and Finance to support businessobjectives.

• Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs toidentifybusiness opportunities and recommend actions.

• Conduct regular business reviews with agents to evaluate performance and implement improvement plans where needed.

• Ensure agentsoperatein accordance withWestern Union policies and local regulatory requirements.

• Support negotiations and commercial discussions with partners to strengthen relationships and drive mutual growth.

• Travel regularly within Saudi Arabia to engage with partners and support business initiatives.

Role Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in business development sales account management partnership management or related commercial roles.

• Experience within the remittances payments banking FinTech or broader financial services industry.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabia payments and remittance landscape.

• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive commercial results.

• Understanding ofregulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services sector including AML/KYC principles.

• Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyze business performance andidentifygrowth opportunities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A proactive self-driven approach with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced matrixed and multicultural environment.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.

• Based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to travel as.
