The Assistant Chief will support the Pastry Chef in daily factory operations ensuring high-quality pastry production and maintaining efficient workflow. The role involves preparing ingredients monitoring production lines and ensuring all food safety standards are met in a high-volume environment.

Job Specifications

Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens.

Basic knowledge of Western desserts pastries and bakery operations.

Ability to work effectively in a in a pastry production or factory environment.

Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Description Responsibilities and Duties Leadership Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries. Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards. Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow. Help manage ingredients inventory and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
