ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in the banking industry. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Product Specialist will manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions. This includes areas such as AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions. The role serves as a liaison between vendors, partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support teams, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage products throughout their lifecycle, tracking roadmaps and updates.
Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
Coordinate product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), training, and technical support.
Support Presales and technical teams regarding product compatibility and integration.
Assist with product testing, POCs, and validation.
Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.
Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Identify new products, partnerships, and opportunities for product improvement.
