Require A Production Manager In Riyadh

Job Summary

• Managing and overseeing daily factory operations including production lines and CNC machinery.
  
• Planning and organizing production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  
• Coordinating with design engineering procurement and project teams to keep production aligned with project requirements.
  
• Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
  
• Maintaining strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Reducing material waste and implementing best practices to improve operational performance.
  
• Reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings and translating them into practical production plans.
  
• Leading mentoring and motivating production teams to achieve targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment.
  
• Solving production challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects moving forward.
  

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing woodworking joinery production or factory management.

A strong understanding of wood materials veneers high-end finishes and furniture production processes.

Hands-on experience with CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.

Excellent planning organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Current residence in Riyadh or the ability to relocate immediately to Saudi Arabia.
