Oversee Delivery Operations

• Monitor and optimize performance on delivery platforms such as HungerStation The Chefz and other digital channels.
  
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  
• Work to improve online customer ratings and overall delivery performance.
  

Drive Business Performance

• Monitor branch performance sales and profitability.
  
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Prepare operational reports and manage staff schedules effectively.
  
• Implement strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  

Maintain Food Safety Standards

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations
  
• including HACCP standards.
  
• Maintain a clean safe and organized working environment.
  
• Promote best practices in food handling and workplace safety.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager Restaurant Manager Store Manager or F&B Operations Manager.
  
• Experience in the Food & Beverage Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Hospitality or Retail industry.
  
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP).
  
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Professional fluency in English.
