Job Summary

• Leading and supervising day-to-day site construction activities
  
• Assisting in project planning scheduling and resource management
  
• Coordinating with engineers subcontractors and project teams
  
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are achieved on time
  
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations quality standards and project specifications
  
• Reviewing technical drawings and resolving on-site construction challenges
  
• Managing site teams and maintaining smooth communication across all project stakeholders
  
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects within approved timelines and budgets
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in on-site management of Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Projects Power Engineering Projects or Power Plant Construction Projects
  
• Previous experience as a Deputy Construction Manager or Construction Manager on large-scale projects is mandatory
  
• Strong knowledge of Construction Project Management Solar PV Construction EPC Projects Renewable Energy Projects and Power Infrastructure Development
  
• Excellent leadership coordination and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region will be an added advantage
  

Required Skills:

Engineer Certified Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
