On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead their organisation to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in the marketing or advertising industry possessing exceptional business acumen and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. As General Manager you will be responsible for the entire scope of the agencys operations from strategic planning and financial management to team leadership and client satisfaction. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of creative industry knowledge and sharp commercial skills to ensure the agencys sustained success and profitability.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the agencys long-term strategic vision business plans and operational goals to drive sustainable growth.
* Assume full P&L responsibility overseeing budgeting financial forecasting and resource allocation to maximise profitability and ensure financial health.
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team fostering a collaborative innovative and high-performance work culture.
* Direct all day-to-day operations ensuring seamless project delivery exceptional quality of work and optimal resource utilisation.
* Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities cultivating key client relationships and leading high-level pitches.
* Serve as the senior point of contact for major clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded to build lasting partnerships.
* Analyse market trends competitor activities and industry developments to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a senior leadership position such as General Manager Managing Director or Head of Operations within a marketing creative or advertising agency.
* A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline. An MBA is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrable success in driving business growth acquiring new clients and managing a profitable P&L.
* Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape.
* Excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen.
* Experience working within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is highly desirable.
