About the Role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.
Key Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
Interacting with and serving guests throughout their meal.
Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
Ensuring guests perceive transactions as an integral part of their dining experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The F&B Service Expert role requires physical activity and mobility. This includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks involve managing menus (reading and visual checks) and hands-on work such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance and 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance is required. The role also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these tasks proficiently is crucial for guest satisfaction and business operations.
