About the Role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that enhance the guest's meal, ensuring every interaction contributes positively to their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
Ensuring all guest transactions are integrated into a seamless service experience.
Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Respecting and upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements
The F&B Service Expert role requires physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Tasks involve moving on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The role also requires managing menus (reading and visually checking information) and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance and 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching objects overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a related service role. A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and the ability to perform all physical requirements of the role are essential.
