Job description

A specialist in sales with substantial experience in the F&B sector is sought. Expertise in engaging with restaurant chains and cafes, along with developing business opportunities for new projects and existing franchises, is essential.

Responsibilities include attracting clients and enhancing sales opportunities while delivering comprehensive solutions for restaurant and cafe setups, in coordination with technical and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attracting and developing clients from restaurant chains and cafes and food and beverage partnerships.

· Building direct relationships with brand owners, investors, and project managers for expansion.

· Identifying client needs and potential new franchise openings and converting them into sales opportunities.

· Providing comprehensive solutions for restaurant and cafe setups and commercial units.

· Preparing commercial proposals and pricing offers and negotiating with clients to close deals.

· Coordinating with engineering and technical teams to prepare solutions and proposals that meet project requirements.

· Monitoring opportunities and projects from initial contact to finalization and contracting.

· Developing a client database and opening new opportunities with brands and restaurant chains.

Skills

· Proven experience in sales and business development in the F&B sector.

· Previous experience in engaging with restaurant chains and cafes and opening franchises and expansions.

· Strong relationships and a robust client network in the F&B sector are preferred.

· Experience in selling solutions or services to commercial projects or restaurant and cafe setups is an added advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

· Ability to develop business and achieve sales objectives.

· Ability to understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
