Job description

• Execute recruitment and sourcing operations for open positions based on established needs.
• Search for candidates using recruitment platforms and resume databases.
• Utilize LinkedIn and Bayt.com and various sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates.
• Review and screen resumes, matching them with job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and experiences.
• Prepare candidate lists and submit them to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with department managers to define job requirements and necessary specifications.
• Schedule interview appointments and follow up on their results.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Continuously build and update the candidate database.
• Search for specialized talents and positions that are difficult to fill when needed.
• Monitor the job market and identify the most effective sourcing channels.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
• Contribute to improving procedures and candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate data and information.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates and attracting talent.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and resume databases.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Bayt.com or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi job market is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle a large number of positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
