Role Overview:
Were seeking a seasoned Marketing & Telesales Manager with a strong management background to lead our Cairo-based team. Youll be responsible for building and overseeing a high-performing telesales and marketing unit executing data-driven strategies and aligning operations with our headquarters in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build manage and mentor a telesales and marketing team.
- Lead B2B customer acquisition and lead generation efforts.
- Plan execute and optimize telesales digital and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee CRM and sales tracking via Odoo ERP.
- Align local marketing with eCommerce and international sales strategies.
- Monitor performance track KPIs and conduct regular team training.
- Coordinate with HQ and export teams to ensure operational alignment.
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in management roles across export operations telesales or B2B marketing.
- Proven marketing management experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (CRM/Sales modules).
- Background in eCommerce marketing and optimizing customer journeys.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and supervising teams.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
